We typically visit weekly for our Living Interior Plant Care Program. During each visit, our trained technicians water, prune, fertilize, and monitor the health of your plants. The frequency can be adjusted based on your specific needs and plant requirements.

What happens if a plant dies under your care program?

Our Plant Guarantee covers plant replacement for plants that die due to our care practices. Plants that die from factors beyond our control (such as building environmental issues, vandalism, or natural causes) may not be covered. We'll assess each situation individually and work with you to find the best solution.

Do you provide plants for low-light areas?

Yes! We specialize in selecting plants that thrive in various lighting conditions, including low-light environments common in office buildings. We'll assess your space's lighting conditions and recommend plants that will flourish in your specific environment.

How long does the design and installation process take?

The timeline varies depending on the scope of your project. After our initial site visit, we'll provide a custom proposal with timeline details. Typically, smaller installations can be completed within 1-2 weeks, while larger commercial projects may take several weeks to plan and install.

Can you work with existing planters and containers?

We can work with your existing planters and containers, or we can provide new ones as part of our design service. We'll assess your current containers for drainage, size appropriateness, and aesthetic fit with your overall design goals.
